The supported living service we provide combines housing with support where you will have your own tenancy rights. MBCARE Solutions offers a  arrange of supported placements throughout London, Bedfordshire, Sussex and England. Our services consist of individual or shared flats where people have their own tenancy and own front door.

Our services support individuals with a range of needs such as learning disabilities and mental health. These services range from mild to complex needs. We also support individuals with mental health disorders as well as autism. MBCARE utilizes person centered care plans to enable each individual  to achieve their goals by a well trained staff team who encourage each and every individual person to build and form strong relationships with their local communities. In MBCARE solutions we offer individualized support plan tailored to each person’s care plan with a range of daily activities which maximizes individual’s potential.

  • Medication management where we support you to engage with mental health community services & treatment programmes.
  • We also support you to successfully maintain a tenancy.
  • Our support will enable you to develop or regain independent living skills: such as cooking, shopping, bed making, cleaning your room and environment and maintaining household tasks.
  • We support you to identify and apply for suitable move-on accommodation.
  • We support and motivate you to gain confidence and self-esteem.
  • We support you to manage your personal finances including claiming benefits, budget planning, paying bills and developing money management skills.
  • We support you to access education, training, volunteering or employment.
  • Above all, we support you to live a full and active life in the local community.
  • your keyworker will support you to manage your finances and gain budgeting skills.
  • You have access to a 24-hour on-call support.
  • Staff will support you with finding day time activities such as employment and voluntary work.
  • Our staff will support you with claiming and managing benefits from DWP.

Properties

  • Our placement houses have their own individualized room/ house that they are encouraged to personalize and made homely.
  • Quiet a number of our placements have garden space where individuals can spend time and have BBQ/party’s and are able to socialize with other people in their neighborhood.
  • MBCAREs shared supported accommodation have communal lounges with TV, DVD, Computer, CD player etc in them where people we support can interact with each other, staff or alone. People we support are free to use the computer to access the internet, play games and listen to music on YouTube. As a service
  • we are always looking for technology to maximize our service users’  independence. Some of our supported living placements can have a staff sleep-in depending on the need of the individual person.
