Supported living placement
Supported living placement is a service that creates the opportunity for individuals living with complex conditions to live in a shared homes in the community to be supported to achieve their potentials and to maintain some level of independence as much as possible.
The level of support an individual receives depends on the individual needs. Individuals placed in a supported living accommodation have their own tenancy agreement and are supported to take responsibility for paying their utility bills, rent payment and are responsible for the general upkeep of their home. Where an individual is assessed and are unable to pay these essentials then a care plan is drawn with the individuals who might need help to do so.
